The first NZIFS activity of the year was the Thyagaraja Aradhana, held at Newlands Kuruji Kumaran temple on Jan 27. More than 50 members and non-members took part in the singing of the pancharatna keetanas.
This was followed by solo singing of Thygaraja keertanas.
Thanks to all thoe who helped organise the day and to those who participated. Thanks also the temple committee.
